Description

The machine Cutting Frequency:100 cutting/min. 1920000 capsules/each working shift(10 capsules/per board:8 hrs/each working shift) high productivity, low energy consumption, saves fund and decreases the packing cost
Currently the fastest Blister Machine in China; it is the culmination of over 20 years professional experience.
The machine accommodates forming material reels of up to 400mm in diameter and a waste material trimming cutter, which allow production runs of approximately 90 minutes therefore reducing the material replacement frequency.
Equipped with integrated forming material splicer to enhance efficiency.
Automatic format positioning system achieves straightforward format changeover.
Window frame type no-waste-trimming cutter saves packaging materials.
Adopts transverse cutter which easily collects its blister card and rejects faulty blister.
Can be connected to subsequent machines, e.g. High-Speed Cartoners, to form a whole pharmaceutical packaging line.

FEATURES

Blister forming, hot-sealing, lot number printing, avulsion line impressing and cutting etc all adopt mandrel orientation, each can move freely in the mandrel when shaking the hand wheel, and the bliser packing machine has staff gauge, easy to adjust and exact orientation.

Manipulator towing adopted culms double pendulum device, increased traction adjustable scope of the itinerary (it can get to 180mm), which can fit for medicine-card packaging of different sizes. The blister packing machine can registration heating, positive forming, up and down moiré, air cylinder heating sealing, automatic feeding, automatic lot number printing, automatic cutting die, easy to operate and credible running.

Forming positive pressure air distribution with mechanical punch, ensuring blister forming well, and could collocate exclusive Automatic Feeder. The blister packing machine could fit for the packaging of ampoule, needle, Xilin Bottle, big honey pill, medicine machine and some special shape etc.

Main transmission part adopts parallel axis and bevel wheel speed reducer, forming dies and hot-sealing dies and impressing dies adopt bolt orientation, with exact orientation, easy to change dies and material saving.

Detachable design make the blister packing machine can be easily carried and installed according to the requirement of user.
