APPLICATION AREA:
DPP-A Blister Machine is widely used in medicine, food, electron, medical equipment such as capsules, tablets,penicillin bottle, ampoule,oral liquid, candy and special-shaped blister packaging, besides,it can also be used for health care products, chemical, light industry product solid-state items blister packaging.
CHARACTERISTIC:
1. Blister forming, heat-sealing, lot number printing, avulsion line impressing and cutting all adopt gear mandrel orientation, each can move freely in the mandrel when rotating the hand wheel.
2. Manipulator towing, adjustable travel range, which can fit for blister packing of different sizes.
3. Positive pressure forming matched with mechanical punch ensures well blister forming.
4. Collocate with special automatic feeder to fit for different goods such as ampoule, vial, syringe, big honey pill, medical appliance or other special shapes.
5. Main transmission part adopts parallel axis and bevel wheel speed reducer.
6. Forming, heat-sealing and impressing moulds adopt bolt orientating which leads to precise orientation, easy to change moulds and material saving.
7. Detachable design makes the machine easy to be carried and installed according to user’s requirement.
